The American Metalcraft ADEP13 13" standard-weight pizza pan is perfect for baking and serving your guests' favorite deep-dish pizzas. This 1" deep pan is made of 18 gauge, 1 mm aluminum for a durable construction built for frequent use. Fill this pan with your dough, sauce, and toppings, slide it into the oven, and watch it produce delicious deep dish pizza over and over again!
For easy storage, this pan has tapered sides and is designed to stack securely with other similarly sized pans. This pan is also great to use with a pan separator (sold separately) so you can allow your dough proof and rise before baking. Plus, its simple one-piece construction is easy to clean!
