Great stand for our beverage dispenser. It always looks great at catering events.
I had this item for about 5 months before the rubber gasket tore and the whole item became worthless. They unfortunately do not sell replacement parts.

I really don't like this carafe. Its looks awkward & is ratter ugly!! The stand is cheap looking. I should have returned it but trashed the box.

This product is exactly as shown on the listing. We enjoy room temperature water and the 1.75 gallon size allows us to only fill it every other day. We haven't had any trouble with the sprout leaking.

For the price, these are quite nice. They look great, and the chalkboard signs are a nice touch. Only two concerns - you have to tighten the nozzle pretty tight to get it to not leak, but it feels flimsy so I'm sometimes afraid of breaking it. Also, the hole for the nozzle is a couple of inches from the bottom, so it leaves quite a bit of drink that can't be dispensed. I'm not sure why this is - it's on a stand, so getting clearance for the cup shouldn't have been an issue. Not a huge deal for us, but something to be aware of.

It's a very elegant and practical tool for use in a high-end catering setting. I receive several compliments about how it adds a rustic-antebellum like feel to any spread. I really only have two negative things to say about this product, everything else I'm very satisfied with. I never received the chalkboard sign with my order, not that big of a deal but I did pay for it. The design of this dispenser reserves nearly a pint of inaccessible liquid that falls beneath the opening for the spout. After I saw a few guests attempt to tilt this heavy glass dispenser to access the reserve liquid I briefly thought about retiring them from service for safety reasons, but ultimately didn't due to the aesthetics they bring to the table.
