Acopa 5 Gallon Hammered Glass Beverage Dispenser with Metal Stand and Chalkboard Sign

Purchased two of these containers with stands. They look great! But there is one problem. I ordered two and one came cracked. Called customer support and they shipped one right out. It came in a million pieces! Called customer support and they shipped out another one overnight. It came cracked! I'm now on my forth try to get one in one piece. I think they really need to get the warehouse to take a long hard look at how these are packaged and shipped. Jeff S State College Pa.

I Bought 3 of These and they are Beautiful; HOWEVER, THEY BROKE INTO PIECES WHILE CARRYING THEM RESULTING IN INJURED EMPLOYEES. One of them leaked terribly as the seal was bad. DO not recommend!

Beautiful decorative beverage dispenser. We use these all the time, big and small events. It's great for tea, add fresh fruit for a unique concoctions or simply lemon water. They really dress up a beverage table/ station and everyone compliments them. One of these have leaked a small amount at a past event but now I tighten the spouts well before use each time. Havent had anymore issues! They are made of thick heavy glass too.

We have 4 of these that we use approximately once a month for catering events. Although they are beautiful, they leak so bad. We have tightened the spouts repeatedly and went as far as adding Teflon tape to try to help seal them at our last event. It helped on 2 of them. It is truly disappointing as I would love for them to not leak because I wanted them so bad, and they look so pretty. I was well past my warranty period before I used them for the first time, so I never contacted customer service for a resolution, my fault for not testing them immediately. One star for an expensive product that leaks. Five stars for the appearance, except for the puddle left under them.

A great very good looking for buffet events drinks dispenser , sturdy , heavy duty and looks fabulous . The stand is sturdy and ornate , customers liked the look

It’s unique look is very eye-catching! I love the fact even though my customers can see what’s in it, they can just simply read what’s in it on the chalkboard! The metal stand is unique and sturdy with its old fashioned look!

This dispenser looks great but the glass is not as thick as it looks and is very fragile. The dispenser did not fit the stand from day 1 so it always sat crooked. After about a month of use in my restaurant the glass broke and spilled about 4 gallons of water all over the floor. Of course there is no warranty and Webstaurant doesn't stand behind it. So....if you buy this then be prepared to by more than one glass dispenser as it will break.

Beautiful beverage dispenser. The base is a little warped, therefore the glass rocks back and forth. The chain isn’t long enough, not allowing the chalkboard label to hang properly. Called customer service immediately and they have shipped a new base.

We are on our 4th one of these that was accidentally broken by one of our employees. We originally ordered 2 of these last year and the spigot on both started leaking. We got replacement spigots, but it kept happening. I then reached out to Webstaurant to replace them, and they did right away. However, once again, less than a month later the spigots were leaking. Lovely design, but not worth the price, and poor quality.

We own a rental business and kept getting asked for something like this. I put photos on our website and had brides start ordering right away. My biggest issue is the crew keeping them safe in the truck with all the other equipment. Luckily none have broken yet. Looks great under our tents!

This are so beautiful looking. We have so many and we use them constantly. Unfortunately they are glass, so they do brake and crack occupationally, I wish the glass was stronger, but i like how we can order separate pieces in case they brake. Love how large they are, we generally just fill them up once and it's more than enough.

I bought it for Thanksgiving dinner. So much less table space and mess than a punch bowl. I was afraid that I would have a drippy mess. However, the seal and spigot were tight and easy to install. My dishwasher isn't very adjustable and this is just an inch too tall to fit. It wasn't a big deal to hand wash it.
