This mixer features a stainless steel bowl with a 90 qt. capacity to hold and mix dough for breads, pizzas, and other confectionery delights. The fixed spiral mixing device is made of stainless steel as well to ensure long-lasting durability. Each unit is equipped with a bowl guard and a convenient safety feature that automatically turns off the machine when the bowl cover is lifted to help protect the operator during use.

Perfect for pizza shops, bakeries, and restaurants, this commercial mixer can be used with hard or soft dough and will allow you to achieve the desired dough elasticity in a shorter period of time than traditional mixers by having the spiral and bowl revolve simultaneously. Plus, this unit's sleek exterior is easy to wipe down at the end of a busy day.

Quite possibly the worst machine I’ve ever operated in over 30 years of business. Constantly quitting and we’re not even pushing it to it’s published limits. Dough flys out the back of the bowl worse than I’ve ever seen. Clean up is a pain. I am only using now because it is my only option. And I don’t have time to get a replacement so we are limping by with it. I thought it would be a huge improvement in time between batches lowering my labor cost and it is taking 3 times longer to get the same output of my 60 year old German mixer. That thing was a BEAST! This mixer is pure crap! I do not recommend unless you like frustration and more work.
