An absolute must for any pizzeria, pastry shop, or bakery, this Trento 22 lb. heavy-duty spiral dough mixer is sure to increase your business's productivity! Capable of holding and kneading up to 22 lb. of dough at a time, this unit is ideal for small to medium operations that are looking to expedite their dough production.
With a heavy duty stainless steel bowl and spiral, it is constructed with durability in mind, and is made to hold up to the wear and tear that is expected in a commercial kitchen. Whether you are making a hard or soft dough recipe, the single speed, 3/4 hp motor has the strength to knead your dough to perfection. The hooks run at 126 rpm, while the bowl operates at 11 rpm.
The stainless steel grated lid allows for ingredients such as flour to be added to the dough as it is mixing without having to shut it off. When the lid is lifted an automatic shutoff will stop the motor from spinning to prevent any possible injury. In addition, a built in killswitch is located on the side panel so that the machine can be quickly shut off if necessary. This unit requires a 208V electrical connection and has an output of 550W.
