I am sorry to say that personally these cutting boards are very heavy and awkward to use on a daily basis. My husband is able to use them for cutting meat at our bbq business. I think if I had to do it again I would order a smaller lighter cutting board set. The quality is very durable and holds up to daily use. The brushes and rack making storing and cleaning easier.
