Choice 12'' x 700' 40# Pink / Peach Butcher Paper Roll

OK, this stuff is gold!! Very, very hard to find anywhere! So happy to have found it. We use a ton of it to line our 1/4 sheet pans we use for our BBQ. We didn't want something too plastic-y. Does the trick. SOmetimes they are out of this, but it comes back fairly quickly.

This Choice Butcher paper is perfect for preparing meat and then freezing. I really like the bulk quantity since it provides plenty for the next few months.

This paper is the perfect size and weight for wrapping up online order before they go in mailers. We never have issues with tearing, it holds up well!

We line our display case stands with this butcher paper. It is grease-resistant and easy to cut to size. My only complaint is that the color is ever so slightly more reddish than depicted in the product photos.

We use the Peach Butcher Paper in our BBQ Trailers all the time. We use it in the prep of our meats during seasoning, we use it once our Briskets get up to a 165 degrees then we wrap them and put them back on the Smoker to finish up cooking them, we then wrap our bulk Meats once we sell it this helps keeping the meats moist for the customers. We have been very happy with this product since we started buying it through Webstaurantstore.

Great quality, heavy duty but can be ripped with hands if needed. I use this paper to line trays for dessert buffets. This paper is on the very peachy side!

Well, it's butcher paper. We line trays for service with it and use it to stack proteins in the walk in. It gets the job done.

I got this paper for use while smoking briskets. It works great for that. It allows the meat to cook while keeping the bark. Much better than foil for this purpose. It's also great for keeping your counter clean while trimming meat for the grill.

We use this paper to line cafeteria trays. The food really pops with this peach color and is preferred over the white or brown. Great paper!

works great. I have mine wall mounted and use it for everything from papering baskets, togo, I even wrap meat and fih in it to freeze. veryu convinent and can never find it anywhere that's not an overpriced butcher shop. I prefer brown over white paper looks more rustic.
