Just opened this paper to wrap pork I had cut up. It is not butcher paper but craft paper. Because it says true butcher paper I was expecting it to have the coating to have a moisture resistant layer and seal I would need to wrap a bunch of meat. This is really just very thick craft paper. Very disappointed as I bought several rolls and now am stuck with out some thing to wrap my meat with.
