Pink / Peach Butcher Paper

This 12" wide paper is to help meat keep its color and hide the extra juices that run out of the meat. Pink / peach butcher paper retards the loss of moisture when cooking. It's FDA approved for BBQs and smoking meats, and it will not trap moisture. It allows the meat to breathe through the paper, ensuring a smoky flavor when using to cook. If you intend to freeze products in pink / peach butcher paper, be sure to first wrap them in plastic.

Ample 700' Length

This 700' roll offers an ample supply for minimal replacements, and you can choose exactly how much paper you need for each job.

40# Paper

The 40# basis weight gives it the strength it needs to hold up against blood, oil, or water, and preserves the freshness of your fresh-cut meats.

Customer Q&A Ask a Question

What is basis weight?
Basis weight is the weight of one ream of paper (500 sheets) when cut to the industry standard for that specific grade of paper. Therefore, the higher the basis weight, the heavier the paper. This weight may differ from the actual weight of the product being sold, so to differentiate the two, basis weight is often notated with a “#” sign after it, whereas the product weight is usually labeled with “lb.” after it.

My husband purchased this for smoking his whole briskets on the Big Green Egg. He loves it! It really does seem to make a difference with retaining the smoke flavor and keeping the meat nicely moist yet tender.

This Butcher Paper is the best in the industry. I've been using this for several years now. Great for wrapping Brisket or Ribs in while smoking. Takes your BBQ Smoking game to a new level.
A great high-quality butcher paper. We use ours for 'signage' writing on it with chalk markers and hanging it on our line. Happy with this purchase!
We use this butcher paper to display our specials in the front of house. The paper is very thick and has a nice texture. It has worked really well for us so far!
I used this paper to wrap focaccia bread at my first farmer's market. The oil soaked right through the paper immediately - there was no delay. The description of this paper said, "The 40# basis weight gives it the strength it needs to hold up against blood, oil, or water..." This did NOT hold up to oil as promised in the description. It was a waste of money and my customers were carrying around oil-soaked paper. Hardly a positive first impression. We had to double wrap the bread to delay the oil from bleeding through, but after a little while, the paper was still was soaked in oil. (See pic - that is the bread after being double-wrapped). Very disappointed with this product.

The 24" x 700' 40# pink / peach butcher paper roll is used every day in our restaurant. We use this to wrap our meat and it keeps is moist.
We really enjoyed this purchase the quality is top knotch and you will really enjoy this product, we will be ordering more for our deli businesses
Great product at a great price. Even with having to pay a little shipping fee, the price was way below other distributors for the exact same product.
We are a BBQ company and this paper meets our requirements. Sturdy, food safe, and good size for a brisket! What more could you want?
This was purchased tosmoke a brisket. It worked well and its a great price. I would reccommend it. You get alot of paper for the price.
Great paper. We use this for wrapping brisket and pork butts in the smoker and it does a great job. Hold up to low temps, and helps maintain moisture.
Love the paper. Will be using for all the smoked briskets. My husband is very happy with it and will continue to use it. Recommend!
Never tried peach butcher paper for my BBQ wrapping hope it adds another layer of flavor to the meats that my customers will enjoy, fingers crossed
This paper is so useful for so many things. My primary use and reason for purchase was to wrap BBQ after the bark is set up. However, I have found myself using this paper for countless other things. I use it a lot for simply protecting work surfaces when working with something that could damage them or make clean up difficult. I use it for shipping and packaging. Great paper at a great price.
Best Butcher paper. It can be used for many things like wrapping a brisket to wrapping gifts. I use it for my smoked briskets. The bark always comes out great. Foil usually ruins the bark so this pink paper is now my favorite.
In the barbecue world there's the right way and then there's every other way. The peach butcher's paper is the right way to go when smoking low and slow! Especially when I'm smoking a dozen or more Central Texas briskets!
Nice thick butcher paper. Easy to unroll and transport for catering. Fit perfect on the tables. Made a great presentation, and easy clean up (just toss it!). And love the price!
Great paper at a great price! I use it as a wrap for smoking, and also for use as a table covering. The kids love the fact that they can write all over it, and I love the fact that most of the time it can be recycled! DEFINITELY going to be purchasing again. At this price, it can't be beat!
Best quality paper i have used. We do a lot of brisket and this holds up when wrapping 15 plus pounds of meat and setting it back on a smoker. Can't go wrong with this one!
We order this by the pallet load. Great for wrapping subprimals. I've even used it for lining trays. Seen it used for cooked food in brisket/bbq counter.
We have had a hard time finding a good place to purchase the Peached Butcher from until we found Webstaurantstore.com we use this Butcher Paper to wrap our Briskets in to finish the smoking process once they reach 165 degrees, we also use it to wrap our Smoked Meats once we sell them. This Paper really locks in the flavor, and keeps it really moist. Thanks Webstaurant Store for this product. We’re a forever customer.
A really nice quality butcher paper roll that is perfect for wrapping fresh cuts of meat. The peach treated paper is great for our barbeque meat and is super strong.
For the past year or two I’ve been using peach butcher paper to wrap different cuts of beef during smoking. The butcher paper works to lock in a majority of the moisture of a beef brisket while still allowing some of the smoke flavor to penetrate. I was ecstatic when I was able to find this massive 700 foot roll of the butcher paper. Up until I came across this I was buying it by the foot from my local butcher. For the price this product is a definite game changer.
This paper is multi purpose and a good household staple. I use it to wrap meat for the freezer, wrap gifts, and for easy clean up under messy produce .
I use this paper during the smoking of meats - wrap and hold, etc. Works very well. I also use it when I add rubs to wrap and marinate - again, works beautifully. It's the only paper I plan to use!
Used this as Texas crutch while cooking brisket. The paper performed it's job well other then leaving a strange smell. It didn't effect the taste of the meat in any way I can tell, but the smell is a bit of a negative..
this brown paper is easy to work with; it also worked great for wrapping meats being smoked, the paper held the moisture and the drippings
Awesome paper. We use these on trays for serving and for displaying meats. The paper really makes the food pop and does not showcase the juices like white paper can.
Luckily found webstaurante. Live in a state where "peach" butcher paper isn't available anywhere. Ready to change up the way I finish my smoked brisket and a great look to serve it. Price is remarkably cheaper than any other place I found.
I use this on the BBQ to perform that "Texas Crutch", or as sheets to serve meals on. From a meat wrap perspective while you are smoking meats, i prefer the peach treated paper over foil and plastic wrap. The reason why is because the paper still allows the meat to breathe, so the bark doesn't get soggy. Granted, you will need to double wrap the meat to prevent loss of liquids, but the paper does a great job of holding the liquids in. Don't be confused by other butcher papers. Peach treated is the right one you are looking for. Smoking meats in other paper that is not FDA approved, or has a wax lining is not a good idea.
Love this stuff. We searched far and wide for the right paper for our butcher shop. This is it. Our meat, sausage, and fish look great on it.
There is no way your going to find a better price on this stuff. I use it as drawing paper for my son and he LOVES it!! Have used it to package some deer meat also and worked perfectly! More than one use and cheap i can handle that!!
