Peach Treated Paper

Unlike white butcher paper that shows blood and excess juices, this peach paper hides unwanted stains to keep food looking appetizing! This means that it's perfect for framing meats in your display case. Additionally, the paper is treated with sizing to improve wet strength and leak resistance while allowing the meat to breathe when packaged.

Ample 700' Length

40# Paper

Customer Q&A Ask a Question

What is basis weight?
Basis weight is the weight of one ream of paper (500 sheets) when cut to the industry standard for that specific grade of paper. Therefore, the higher the basis weight, the heavier the paper. This weight may differ from the actual weight of the product being sold, so to differentiate the two, basis weight is often notated with a “#” sign after it, whereas the product weight is usually labeled with “lb.” after it.

My husband purchased this for smoking his whole briskets on the Big Green Egg. He loves it! It really does seem to make a difference with retaining the smoke flavor and keeping the meat nicely moist yet tender.

This Butcher Paper is the best in the industry. I've been using this for several years now. Great for wrapping Brisket or Ribs in while smoking. Takes your BBQ Smoking game to a new level.
Nice thick butcher paper. Easy to unroll and transport for catering. Fit perfect on the tables. Made a great presentation, and easy clean up (just toss it!). And love the price!
Great paper at a great price! I use it as a wrap for smoking, and also for use as a table covering. The kids love the fact that they can write all over it, and I love the fact that most of the time it can be recycled! DEFINITELY going to be purchasing again. At this price, it can't be beat!
Best quality paper i have used. We do a lot of brisket and this holds up when wrapping 15 plus pounds of meat and setting it back on a smoker. Can't go wrong with this one!
We order this by the pallet load. Great for wrapping subprimals. I've even used it for lining trays. Seen it used for cooked food in brisket/bbq counter.
We have had a hard time finding a good place to purchase the Peached Butcher from until we found Webstaurantstore.com we use this Butcher Paper to wrap our Briskets in to finish the smoking process once they reach 165 degrees, we also use it to wrap our Smoked Meats once we sell them. This Paper really locks in the flavor, and keeps it really moist. Thanks Webstaurant Store for this product. We’re a forever customer.
A really nice quality butcher paper roll that is perfect for wrapping fresh cuts of meat. The peach treated paper is great for our barbeque meat and is super strong.
For the past year or two I’ve been using peach butcher paper to wrap different cuts of beef during smoking. The butcher paper works to lock in a majority of the moisture of a beef brisket while still allowing some of the smoke flavor to penetrate. I was ecstatic when I was able to find this massive 700 foot roll of the butcher paper. Up until I came across this I was buying it by the foot from my local butcher. For the price this product is a definite game changer.
This paper is multi purpose and a good household staple. I use it to wrap meat for the freezer, wrap gifts, and for easy clean up under messy produce .
I use this paper during the smoking of meats - wrap and hold, etc. Works very well. I also use it when I add rubs to wrap and marinate - again, works beautifully. It's the only paper I plan to use!
Used this as Texas crutch while cooking brisket. The paper performed it's job well other then leaving a strange smell. It didn't effect the taste of the meat in any way I can tell, but the smell is a bit of a negative..
this brown paper is easy to work with; it also worked great for wrapping meats being smoked, the paper held the moisture and the drippings
Awesome paper. We use these on trays for serving and for displaying meats. The paper really makes the food pop and does not showcase the juices like white paper can.
Luckily found webstaurante. Live in a state where "peach" butcher paper isn't available anywhere. Ready to change up the way I finish my smoked brisket and a great look to serve it. Price is remarkably cheaper than any other place I found.
I use this on the BBQ to perform that "Texas Crutch", or as sheets to serve meals on. From a meat wrap perspective while you are smoking meats, i prefer the peach treated paper over foil and plastic wrap. The reason why is because the paper still allows the meat to breathe, so the bark doesn't get soggy. Granted, you will need to double wrap the meat to prevent loss of liquids, but the paper does a great job of holding the liquids in. Don't be confused by other butcher papers. Peach treated is the right one you are looking for. Smoking meats in other paper that is not FDA approved, or has a wax lining is not a good idea.
Love this stuff. We searched far and wide for the right paper for our butcher shop. This is it. Our meat, sausage, and fish look great on it.
There is no way your going to find a better price on this stuff. I use it as drawing paper for my son and he LOVES it!! Have used it to package some deer meat also and worked perfectly! More than one use and cheap i can handle that!!
