The cooking area offers 42" x 31" size to keep operation and rotation as simplified as possible. A tensioned steel exoskeleton surrounds the hearth and dome perimeter to ensure structural integrity and longevity. Wrapped in spun ceramic fiber insulation, the 4" thick, monolithic cast-ceramic hearth and dome rest on an attractive black steel stand. The oven body front is finished with stainless steel, while the top, back and sides are finished with durable galvanized steel.
