fryer arc bought consistently constantly far faster fray great issueWe bought this fryer less than a year ago for a low volume tavern. While we do leave it on all day I was disappointed to have the wires fray causing it to arc when turned on. I do like that it temps faster and more consistently than our other fryer, just frustrated that we had to have it serviced so soon after purchase.
