This hot plate features six burners with 159,000 BTUs of power underneath cast iron burners that are designed for fast heat-up and cool-down. Each burner has its own ON/OFF infinite control and adjustable air shutter to create optimum combustion. For easy access to internal components, the front steel panel of this unit is removable, and it's mounted on 4" steel legs for stability.
