Great for holding individually-portioned items like slices of cake, bowls of ice cream, and more, this Wells FT-7100 21 1/4" drop in frost top unit is the perfect way to display your signature desserts and pre-chilled cold products on the buffet line! This frost top installs easily into your countertop and features a stainless steel top and liner for a clean presentation and maximum durability. It is also large enough to accommodate up to (1) full size sheet pan (sold separately) full of your best-selling dessert items and comes with a 1/4 hp refrigeration system to provide reliable temperature control.
