This state-of-the-art technology combines long-lasting durability with energy efficiency to offer you the best frost top drop-in. The frost top is made with a 14-gauge stainless steel surface and utilizes R-449a refrigerant for continuous cooling.

The entire device is powered by an 1/3 hp motor and sports a urethane insulation to maintain food temperature for up to 3 hours. You'll be able to just place pans or plates that conduct cooling transfer on the surface to stay stocked, while accommodating food safety needs. This is an absolute necessity in high-volume environments.

The top of unit lays flush within your countertop, while the motor sits directly beneath. The easy-to-clean top allows you to consistently provide a sanitized surface for your patrons. Within the 29" x 20" recess, there is a removable bar mat that keeps product from freezing to the frost top. Keep food temperature consistent on your buffets, display stands, and counter tops with this LTI frost top drop-in! This cold shelf requires a 120V electrical connection.
