- Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Wells 5G-3048-NAT Details
Create your signature dishes for any meal of the day with the Wells 5G-3048-NAT 48" x 30" stainless steel gas countertop griddle! This nominal 48" griddle features four 25000 BTU U-shaped burners and thermostats for precise, consistent heating, and each burner has an adjustable air shutter so you can create optimum combustion. The griddle surface is 3/4" thick to provide even heating, and a hinged cover protects the knobs when they're not in use.
A full width front grease trough makes it easy to clean the griddle surface, and thanks to the splashguard, you can be sure your walls will be protected from sizzling grease or oil. Additionally, the front grease drawer can hold up to 4 qts. at a time, and it is removable for easy cleaning.
It is compatible with liquid propane and natural gas.
