Our customers love this Panini Grill has a very useful capacity and we like the fact that it is countertop and electric, so we don't have to worry about any special installations, just hook it up anywhere and you are good to go! Great for outdoor events too and food trucks.

This grill works great- however it does not last very long. We have had two of them break within 10 months. We are not a very high volume cafe, so it's not even getting used that much. The first time one of the wires to the top grill broke off and the second grill just stopped working one day. Both times Waring/Webstaurantstore were helpful in getting replacements. But I am very weary of this brand now.

We have been using this for less than 3 months and the plates are already peeling and chipping. I had 1 older Waring that worked great but was getting pretty old so I replaced it with this. I purchased 2 so I would have a replacement ready for one of our other cheaper units. Very disappointed in the newer Waring Products.

Not a commercial grade unit. The wire going to the top press has broken twice. The hinge for the top press, while adjustable, can fall down on your hands and needs constant adjusting. Won't buy again.

we use it to warm roti skins and fry eggs in the morning. Easy to control temperature and it's really easy to clean. Only used one week, but satisfied so far.
This grill is great for grilled sandwiches, such as grilled cheese, reubens, etc. Easy to clean, doesn't take up a lot of space. Love it.
