This panini maker is perfect for our small establisment. The smooth surface is ideal for grilled cheeses and other sandwiches. It warms up quickly and stays HOT!!!
Works great, easy to clean without the ribs and the texture of the sandwiches is better I think. It holds its tempurture well and the sandwiches have a nive, even light brown color.
