I don't know what I would do without this machine. Our restaurant started with a grill from a different brand. After 2 months, the grilled started stripping metal flakes. We returned the grills and got this model. A year later and we've had no issues. The cast iron is really sturdy and runs efficiently. I love this grill. We have had ups and downs with this brand. Overall, in a high-volume shop, you can expect it to last 8–24 months, in our experience. The switch tends to go out and can be replaced, but we have also experienced issues with the heating element.
This is a very nice quality panini sandwich grill. You can easily fit two large sized paninis and it grills very evenly. My only complaint is the thing sucks some massive power and takes a while to heat up, which really heats up your room

This is a great addition to our deli. It has done well for about a year and a half, then it quit working. I bought another one, hope it lasts longer!
This product meets my business needs. It is of sturdy construction and seems like it will last a long time. There are definitely certain spots on the surface that are hotter than others, but overall works well for low volume.
This Is great little unit overall. it does not have huge power requirements. it is small and compact. i did have some issues with items sticking to the top plate dispite use of oils , sprays etc. it is on the small side but i knew that before hand. hopefully with more use I will get around the sticking.
