Waring WCT704 4 Slice Commercial Toaster NSF

DO NOT BUY THIS TOASTER! It is slow to toast which is awful for a busy coffee shop. How slow is it you might ask. Well... we call the toaster snail altough a snail might be faster. It does have wide slots for bagels but that does not make up for how SLOOOOOW it toasts.

Bought 5.5 years ago, used in our lower-volume cafe for large house-baked slices that don't fit in normal toaster slots. Unlike a conveyor type, this allows us to toast at different levels depending on bread type (e.g. our sourdough typically needs longer toasting than our ciabatta, and some sandwiches get just a light toasted compared to straight-up toast). Alas, issues finally arose - lever was staying down, though heating elements would still come on. A robust cleaning fixed the issue for a couple weeks, but it came back. After a disassembly we see that the electromagnet on the circuit board is only intermittently working for no obvious reason, and unfortunately it doesn't look like the circuit board can be purchased anywhere to repair the toaster. Would be nice if the parts were available on a commercial unit, as I hate throwing things out. Anyway, will probably be purchasing again, since it did last okay and there aren't many other options for our needs anyway.

product work great for the first two weeks and then the carriage won’t stay down for the toaster to toast I am in contact with the warranty department through this website to process my claim. I will update with any actions taken by the company to write any mistakes .

This toaster is must have! It is large so you can use an size of bread. It is well build. and it is also very fast!

This toaster is good because it has two extra long slots that allow not only for 4 slices of bread but allow you to toast unusually large slices as well! Great for homemade bread!!!

There is nothing really special about the toaster, but it is efficent. I am happy enough about the purchace. we cannot say enough great things about the webstaurant store.

Toaster died after less than 2 weeks in service in a low volume setting.

We use this toaster for multigrain toast options we have on our menu. The temperature adjustment works great to control the toasting. it also nicely fits two pieces of our large toast to do two orders at once!

seems to create the perfect bagel or toast every single time and allows to make 4 at a time, depending on what you’re making which is great

Great toaster! We use this for our longer breads, makes great toast, and can fit 4 slices easily of pan baked bread, does a great job of toasting up our levain that is very long too. Lots of daily use, holding up well.

We have had this toaster in service for several months now with no issues. Perfect size that will hold panini sized bread slices with no issue.

Was looking for a good and inexpensive toaster. Home units do not work well . This unit is commercial and NSF approved and have a good warranty.
