great toaster!!!!!! Price was terrific, and so is the quality. It takes seconds to toast bread..unlike other toasters that take 4 min plus......time is money....!!!!!!! Great item!

- How can I safely remove crumbs from a toaster?
- Most toasters have a tray at the bottom where the majority of crumbs will fall. Remove the toaster’s crumb tray, empty all of the loose crumbs and wipe the tray clean, making sure it’s dry before replacing.
Do not turn the toaster upside down or shake to remove crumbs. This can be damaging, loosening internal components and further lodging crumbs inside of the toaster. Shaking a toaster can also cause the lever not to work over time.

Does not work as advertised or reviewed. After bringing in an electrician to install the new plug, we tried the toaster out and realized it does not toast the top parts of the bread. the slots are not deep enough, or the elements do not cover the entire slice... If it worked as we expected, it would have been my new favorite toaster, and would have loved to put them in all our locations - value for money would have been great
We are so happy with this product. We really needed a new one to replace the one we had. The one we had before lasted about 5 years.
