This toaster is very heavy duty and is a critical piece of equipment in our kitchen. It toasts crispy and evenly and fast! I would buy this again
Does not work as advertised or reviewed. After bringing in an electrician to install the new plug, we tried the toaster out and realized it does not toast the top parts of the bread. the slots are not deep enough, or the elements do not cover the entire slice... If it worked as we expected, it would have been my new favorite toaster, and would have loved to put them in all our locations - value for money would have been great
