the machine itself functions and compressor has help up. Unfortunately the way the valve and bow is designed, there is too much pressure applied to the plastic and they consistently develop cracks that the manufacturer doesn't warranty. we use for 4 months out of the year, so have used a total of 8 months and have already gone through 3 bowls. They cost a lot per bowl and are typically not in stock. the machine has paid for itself but the issue with the bowls and lack of ability to stand by the product has been disappointing.

We purchased this frozen beverage machine to make slushies at our concessions stand during our swim meets. we have been able to make so much money from these slushies. we have cherry and blue raspberry most of the time, and they are both very popular flavors and we cant wait to get another machine so we can start having 3 flavor options at a time. this machine with 2 sections is great for starting out with the slushies. this machine holds a nice amount, gives us enough for a meet, while not giving us too much product that we cant sell it and have waste.

Positives: I creates a nice slushy. It seems sturdy and will hopefully last a while. Negatives: it puts off a lot of heat, it makes quite a bit of white noise, ice forms on the bottom and side of tubs at times, there are a lot of pieces to clean. The one time I tried contacting customer service - they never got back to me. I hate that you can't easily change the pictures on the front of the machine. They are super cheesy and you would think they could be swapped out for your personal brand. This is our first slushy machine so maybe the heat and noise are normal.

did not work when we opened the undamaged box webstaurant was no help sent us to vollrath who are trying to fix badly assembled machinery 4 parts ordered 2 thermostats waiting for them to see if it will work. webstaurant should have replaced it!! can't give zero stars
