Vollrath CF2-3600DUAL Details
Cook French fries, onion rings, chicken fingers, calamari, and more with the Vollrath CF2-3600DUAL 20 lb. countertop fryer! This fryer features 2700-3600 watts of heating power per well and thermostatic controls so that you can adjust temperatures up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for thorough cooking every time. It is also capable of fast heat-up and recovery to help minimize downtime in your business, and a convenient "power on" indicator light lets you know when the unit is warming up. And thanks to its split-pot design, you can cook two different kinds of food in each well at the same time without the risk of flavor contamination.
For total operator safety, an automatic thermal overload component shuts the fryer off when it reaches 390 degrees Fahrenheit, and a micro-switch deactivates the whole unit when the element box is removed. The fryer includes four nickel-plated steel wire baskets with cool touch handles so you can start cooking right away. The fry tank is made of stainless steel with carrying handles for easy cleaning, and its durable exterior is built to stand up to the rigors of every-day use. The element box assembly is also removable for fast and easy cleaning.
