Love this thing. Heavy, thick bottom and the perfect size for small rounds of stock. The first one came with a huge Crack in the base (the first time I have ever gotten a damaged product from webstaurant) but one phone call and an emailed picture later it was promptly replaced. I really think I should have been charged more for this.

This is great for any big pot blanching. The size allows you to cook vegetables and pasta evenly when it reaches a full roiling boil.

The pot is very sturdy and just like how it appears in the photo. It's heavy enough to be durable. The cover fits the pot perfectly, and the design is very simple and modern.

I have found this line is a great way to get stainless steel at half the price and a good quality. This pot is great for boiling pasta in and you won't leave a salt ring.
