Love this thing. Heavy, thick bottom and the perfect size for small rounds of stock. The first one came with a huge Crack in the base (the first time I have ever gotten a damaged product from webstaurant) but one phone call and an emailed picture later it was promptly replaced. I really think I should have been charged more for this.

I really liked the size and insulated bottom. Works well for cheese making. Was disappointed that the kettle was dented upon arrival. I got a hold of the seller and they promptly gave me a choice of refund or discount. I took the discount. Well done!

When you just need to cook a ton of something, this is your baby. Fits anything you can think of, including a whole large chicken.

This product, as excited as I was to use it, leaves a metallic taste, and every time we clean it, the sponge is gray with metallic residue. Would not reccomend this if especially if you're cooking with oils.

Buy this now! This is a very good quality stainless steel stock pot for this price. Most stainless pots equal in quality cost double or triple this amount. Very well worth it.

I can not believe the price on this. Heavy weight stainless steel with an aluminum base. This will hold up to heavy use in your personal kitchen or everyday use in commercial usage.

Purchased as an addition to my cookware for bulk canning. Needed a stock pot that would work on an old glass top stove with a 9" burner - this one is a winner. It has a narrow sandwiched bottom that evenly distributes heat well. The Optio 3504 is solidly built and the finish is very nice. It is easy to clean. The large handles make it easy to transport when full. The first use was for canning Navy Beans. I processed 9 lbs in the first batch and the pot performed to perfection. NOTE: You will want to purchase a long spoon for this one. Standard home kitchen spoons are too short when the pot is full. I look forward to adding more sizes to my collection.

This is an awesome pot - sturdy, thick bottomed, and induction compatible. I especially love the welded handles, which means the inside is perfectly smooth. I use this as a cheese-vat, along with a pair of 700W barrel warmers. I can process an 8 gallon batch of milk, and it scrubs up nice and clean afterwards.

Sturdy and good value. Perfectly cleanable, no rolled edges with hard-to-clean seams. I use it on an induction burner, works very well for that purpose.

This is a great well made S/S pot. I’m using it as a Beer Brew kettle and it has a lot of room for easy control boil overs. The best thing is it works on the electric Nuwave without any kind of diffuser. I’m very happy with this pot you can’t beat it anywhere for the price.

Love this pot! The heavy bottom brings liquids to a boil much faster then my other stock pots. It works well on my glass cooktop. The lid fits well.

This is my favorite stock pot. It's the perfect size to make a big pot of chili or chowder. It's very heavy and durable. Can't beat the price either.

I love this stock pot. It is just the right size for making large batches of jam. The tall sides and narrow profile reduce the likelihood that the batch will boil over. Highly recommended.

Great stock pot. Very heavy duty and it has held up very well to heavy use and washing in our high volume establishment. Very reasonably priced.

This pot is a great price for stainless steel. It works perfectly with induction and the lids don't get too hot. The handles are sturdy and well-positioned. Love this pot so much, I have the same in a larger size.

Pan works perfectly. Not cheap and exactly what we were looking for. Won’t scratch and won’t burn sauces or soups. Handles dish machine well also
This is my bone stock pot. I usually do 15 pounds of bone and fill to within a couple inches. Bring to a boil and reduce over 3 days for most animal.

A perfect heavy-bottom pan. If the bottom is too thin or unevenly heated, it can burn soups and sauce. The aluminum clad ensures an even distribution of heat throughout the pan.

I would consider the Optio the best bang for buck economy s/s commercial cookware out there. Some of the cheaper ones have wobbly lids that don't seat right, shallow spot welds on the handles (which end up falling off), or inferior aluminum disc bottoms. No worries with these pot!

I use this stock pot very often in my kitchen. It is a big and sturdy pot and works great for making stock. A must have for any kitchen.

This is great for any big pot blanching. The size allows you to cook vegetables and pasta evenly when it reaches a full roiling boil.

i've purchased two of these for general use around my kitchen. They are very nice and webstaurant store offers them at a great price. They still look brand new after several months of regular use.

The pot is very sturdy and just like how it appears in the photo. It's heavy enough to be durable. The cover fits the pot perfectly, and the design is very simple and modern.

Excellent stock pot (with cover) at a price about half what you'd expect. Solid, thick bottom maintains heat once it gets up to a boil, and the capacity is fantastic. I can do 4 gallons of beef vegetable soup in this pot where I used to have to use three pots. Just make sure you get a very long-handled ladle.

I love this pot. I make about 20 servings of Soup in it on my induction cook top. Great quality and great price. Would recommend.
Caution this pot is heavy, but not as heavy as if it was made out of pure steel. I have found this line is a great way to get stainless steel at half the price and a good quality.
