My hotel pans are jammed together. How can I separate them?
There are a few methods for separating stuck pans. First, run hot water over the outside pan, then fill the inside pan with cold water. The temperature difference should increase the gap between the pans and allow them to separate. Another option is to place a small amount of soapy water around the rim of the pan to break the surface tension. Wash both pans thoroughly after separating. You can also use leverage to insert a plastic spatula between the rims and twist gently without forcing the spatula. Do not use metal tools, as this can bend the lip or scratch the pans.

Seems like a pan is a pan, but these are solid, even at 22 gauge. Plus, being a Vollrath product, you know you are getting an excellent product from an established company. I highly recommend these oval pans to hold your fuel systems.
