What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?
A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.

For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.

    this pan is great for ccoking in outdoor ovens or grills and where you need a large amount of liquid. I made bagels to chicken in it the quality seems go for the price.
    this is the correct pan that was ordered. it is large and round. we use it for all kinds of cooking on the gas top stove. it is much larger than our burners so we end up using two burners for this one pan.
    The 30 Qt. Stainless Steel Aluminum-Clad Heavy Weight Brazier with Cover is well made and heavy weight. It heats evenly and is very versatile. This is great for any commercial restaurant.
    This product is very large and very heavy but it is of great quality! It is perfect for brazing large quantities of meat or to make large batches of sauces and stews. I would recommend it.
    Large enough to cover two stove top burners. Heavy bottom and snug fitting lid allows you to braise without burning. Holds enough chili for two hundred people.
    We have been using this guy for 2 or 3 weeks now, after two years of using a similar lighter-weight aluminum one from the site. It's definitely more expensive, but more pleasant to cook on, easy to deglaze with, and will withstand years of daily use. awesome pan!

    This large brasier is amazing. We use it to caramelize onions. It fits on a standard induction burner and the base is substantial enough to conduct the heat evenly. Great purchase.
