Within the manual cooking section, there are three cooking modes available: steam, convection, and combi, which is a combination of both hot air and steam. To adjust the temperature in all modes, select the temperature icon to reveal the keypad. Enter your desired temperature and press OK. To adjust the time you would like the oven to run, select the clock icon to reveal the keypad. Enter your desired time and press OK. To adjust the clock to run continuously, select the clock icon to reveal the keypad and select the continuous icon. This feature will automatically activate after pressing the icon. The oven can also cook by the core temperature. To adjust the core temperature probe settings, select the CTC icon to reveal the keypad. Enter your desired internal temperature for the finished product and press OK. Additional cooking functions are available in the extras section. These include reduced fan speed for delicate products or increased browning, the auto-start feature, enabling the user to start the oven at a specific time, reduced exhaustion feature, eliminating all moisture within the oven, the Delta T feature for slow cooking methods utilizing the core temperature probe, and the cool-down feature enabling the cavity of the oven to cool down quickly. When an extra cooking feature has been selected, it will appear on the previous screen, identifying that it's in use. To remove the selected feature, simply repeat the process.
