Customer Reviews
This knife has great weight and chops well but have had it for just about 2 months and I have only hand washed it and it's covered in rust spots so I sincerely doubt it's stainless as it was suppose to be.
Thank you for your review, Heidi! To prevent rust or corrosion, please use cleaning agents that are safe for stainless steel and non-abrasive sponges or scrubbers. After washing, dry the cleaver thoroughly. If you need further assistance, please reach out to Customer Solutions!
This is a fantastic cleaver! If feels very good in the hand and has good weight to it. It’s perfect for chopping or cutting meets or veggies. The walnut handle is very beautiful and feels amazing. Love it!
This is a nice looking cleaver. It's a bit lighter than expected. It's great for chopping vegetables and meat. My only complaint is that the edge of the blade seems a little chipped and warped. I will try to sharpening using a stone and see if I can straighten it out. Other than that I would recommend.
This is an amazing knife.. it is very sharp and not that heavy. It cuts into meat very smoothly. I would recommend to all the butchers.
Very well handcrafted blade that remains sharp regardless of the excessive professional use. I've never owned a better, more well crafted blade and this blade
I love this curved cleaver! I like that it's only 7 inches long and it is perfect for cutting meats. I also like that I can hang it
This is a really sharp and strong cleaver that I use for cutting poultry. It is very effective at it's job and I'd highly recommend getting this
Nothing bad can be said about this knife. It is very well made and can be hung up when not it use. It is very sharp and doesn't need to be sharpened often.
