This is a very versatile knife. The blade is sharp and firm. This can be used for skinning pork and even beef. I would recommend this for any butcher.

I know it's a lamb skinning knife but I love using it when I'm cutting up pork the edge on this knife slides through the pig skin like a hot knife going through butter
