If you love the taste of watermelon, and you buy your watermelon whole, then this is the knife for you! It literally slices through watermelon like butter ! Effortless cuts everytime. Now i’ve only used this knife on watermelon, but it will slice your favorite roast or ham or any large cuts of meat that you slice off for sandwiches. The quality of construction is such, that you may not have to sharpen for years . Happy slicing !

Great knife for layering cakes. Such a beautiful long, strong blade and did I mention its rust free? I also use this to slice breads without crushing it, from the softest of breads to the crustiest.
I've been using this knife for slicing cooked meat. The steel isn't too hard as it's a standard commercial knife, but the value is good. It will stay sharp for a decently long time, and it can be sharpened in a standard multi-stage Waring or Chef's Choice sharpener. The handle also doesn't become slippery when wet.
This slicer will serve you well for many years. The quality for the price can't be beat. This knife will stay sharp much longer then its competition under the same conditions.

This knife was bought for the purpose of slicing bars of my homemade goat milk soap. It needed to be long enough to fit all the way across the cutting box. It works well for the purpose in which it was intended for.How it will stand up for the length of time will be seen, but I have no doubt it will. Thanks
