Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?

A: The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).

Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM

These regulations do not impact spray valves made before January 28, 2019, and are implemented by the US Department of Energy in an effort to improve energy conservation.

How is the pre-rinse hose length measured?

Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.

What measurements do I need to install a faucet?

When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.

Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.

Upgrade your dishwashing equipment with this T&S B-0133-12CRB8TP EasyInstall pre-rinse unit with 1.07 GPM sprayer and add-on faucet with 12" swing nozzle. The add-on faucet features adjustable 7 3/4"-8 1/4" centers and 1/2" 1/2" NPT female inlets for installation. Dual lever handles and a 12" swing nozzle, complete with a stream regulator outlet, provide easy operation and plenty of clearance over your sink to simplify dishwashing procedures. Quarter-turn Cerama cartridges with check valves are installed with the handles to ensure that your faucet runs properly and continuously.

Mounted on top of a sturdy 12" riser is the 30" flexible stainless steel hose, complete with a spring and a 1.07 GPM spray valve. The pull-down design features an auto shut-off function that stops the flow of water upon release. This unit is is held securely in place with a 6" wall bracket, and it's perfect for removing stubborn food particles from dishes to reduce the effort needed to produce sparkling clean dishes.
