This True 27 7/8" refrigerated sandwich prep table with left-hinged door is a great, sensible addition to any modern kitchen! It boasts an 11 3/4" deep, full-length polyethylene cutting board for plenty of prep space, and it is removable for easy cleaning. Its refrigerated pan rail comes standard with (8) 1/6 size pans, all 4" deep, to house all of your most frequently used ingredients. Plus, two heavy-duty adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves that let you easily organize other ingredients in the refrigerated cabinet.
This refrigerated prep table boasts a 1/5 hp compressor that runs on R-290 refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. To ensure maximum durability, this unit features a stainless steel exterior. A clear-coated aluminum interior pairs nicely with the stainless steel floor, and because the floor has coved corners, cleaning is easier than ever. The left-hinged, self-closing door has a 90 degree stay-open feature for simple loading and unloading, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation provides optimal temperature retention. 5" casters provide easy maneuverability. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?
R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants.
