If you enjoy the convenience of your prep refrigerator but wish you had more space for preparing foods, this True 810843 equivalent 19" extra-deep cutting board is a perfect solution! Designed to replace the standard board that came with select True Refrigeration prep refrigerators, this cutting board is 1/2" thick to provide a sturdy cutting surface, and it does not come with holes pre-drilled. You will have to drill the holes to mount the board to your table, but this also ensures the best fit possible since you can account for any minor variations in the hole location for your particular unit.
