Its refrigerated top section accommodates up to (18) 1/6 size, 6" deep food pans to house all of your most-used ingredients, but it can also hold pans up to 8" deep for toppings that you frequently have to refill. The unit holds the food pans at an angle and features a raised insulated stainless steel cover and pivoting front lid, which can be closed to save energy during off-peak hours.

The right hinged doors feature a self-closing design, but also incorporates a stay open feature at 105 degrees, for easy loading and unloading. Four adjustable powder-coated steel shelves enable flexible storage arrangements in the 14 cubic foot interior compartment.
