We had a no-name unit before that lasted us almost 2 years before it started to die. It was all we could afford at the time, so it is what it is. We have grown in volume, so we needed a better unit that could handle the doors constantly being opened and closed. I wanted to get a more established unit, and got lots of recommendations for this one, so we were so excited. Unfortunately, when the unit arrived (3-4 days later than we were expecting it), it didn't work. We plugged it in and it ran, but wouldn't cool. So we had to call the manufacturer in a panic to get warranty repairs lined up, and the company contracted for the repair was disappointing - they showed up hours late, didn't have the right parts, we had to be closed for 2 days.
