Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Town MBR-60C Details

Allow your patrons to customize their own delicious dishes with this Town MBR-60C liquid propane 60" flat top Mongolian barbeque range with scrap chute! Mongolian barbeque ranges are often paired with a buffet-style offering of noodles, meats, vegetables, sauces, and more that customers can use to create their own dish before handing it to the cook at the barbeque range. An added feature of this 60" model is the included scrap chute. This 13" diameter hole in the center of the cooktop leads into a feed tube where scraps are collected and can be easily accessed through two doors in the lower body and then removed.
