With a buttery, rich aroma, this syrup evokes the taste of soft caramel chews with none of the calories. Use it to bring exciting new flavor to hot and iced coffee- and espresso-based beverages as well as dessert cocktails, shakes, teas, and sodas. You can even use it in a variety of baked goods, icings, and whipped creams. Pairing well with chocolate, this syrup is also great for crafting signature specials like chocolate turtle mochas!

0.5 fl. oz. Torani sugar-free caramel syrup
0.5 fl. oz. Torani sugar-free hazelnut syrup
8 fl. oz. nonfat milk
2 shots espresso*
Steam milk and Torani together. Pour into a cup and add brewed espresso. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over top of beverage. *Can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee.
Suggested Recipe: Coffee Granita
1/2 cup Torani sugar-free caramel syrup
2 cups strong brewed coffee, cold
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup Torani sugar-free french vanilla syrup
To prepare the Granita: Combine the coffee and Torani sugar-free caramel syrup in a shallow dish (like a glass pie plate). Place the dish in the freezer, and check it periodically as it freezes. Use a fork to break up the ice crystals as they form. Continue to do this until the mixture has frozen into an icy thick slush. For a smoother texture, freeze into a block and used a shaved ice / snow cone shaver. To prepare the whipped cream: Combine the heavy cream and Torani sugar-free vanilla syrup in a large bowl. Whip by hand with a whisk or use an electric mixer to soft peaks. To serve, place alternating layers of whipped cream and the granita in a glass.

Excellent sugar free option for our small coffee shop. The corresponding pumps work great and we got a rack to hold multiple options. Wish the stickers came with the bottles instead of the pumps.
