0.5 oz. Torani Puremade raspberry syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
5 oz. rose brut

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

1 tbsp. finely minced shallot
6 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp. Torani Puremade raspberry syrup
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk well to incorporate oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes about 1 cup.

Torani Puremade Raspberry syrup is the best raspberry syrup I have tried. It adds a natural raspberry flavor with little sweetness. It also adds a great flavor to buttercream which is helpful since making my own syrup is time consuming and not as cost effective. I used to order from another online supplier and have switched to only using Webstaurant even with shipping the prices can not be matched. Honestly even if the prices were higher I would still only use Webstaurant bc there is a lot to be said about their customer service.

While this has an ever-so-slightly artificial flavor, it's definitely the best raspberry syrup I've tried. It's especially good for making an Italian soda, and a little of it goes a long way. I also like putting some into a fruit smoothy as a sweetener instead of other products I could use - it has more flavor and less sugar than alternatives, and is both sweet and tart, as you might expect. It also works nicely in plain yogurt - just a spoonful gives a plain yogurt a lot of flavor.

Man there is just something about these puremade flavors that is just exceptional! No matter which flavor they are just amazing!! They have a thicker feel more like corn syrup than the liquid counterparts but we much prefer Puremade!
