You can even use it in a variety of baked goods, icings, and whipped creams. Pairing well with flavors like white chocolate, vanilla, and lemon, this syrup is also great for crafting drink specials like a raspberry italian soda or raspberry white chocolate latte!
Suggested Recipe: Raspberry Whipped Lemonade
0.75 fl. oz. Torani raspberry syrup
12 fl. oz. lemon flavored sparkling water
Lemon
1 medium lemon
2 tbsp. white sugar
4 oz. whipping cream
Peel 1 medium sized lemon, and combine the peel with 2 tbsp. white sugar in a small bowl overnight. The sugar will liquefy creating lemon flavored oleo saccharum from the oils in the peel. Remove the peels and whip the lemon oleo saccharum together with 1/2 cup whipping cream until foamy. Fill two tall glasses 3/4 full with ice. Pour in 6 fl. oz. lemon flavored sparkling water (like La Croix Limoncello) into each. Add 1 1/2 tbsp. Torani raspberry syrup over the sparkling water. Squeeze one lemon wedge into each drink and stir gently. Top each sparkling raspberry lemonade with scoops of the lemon whip. Enjoy.

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tbsp. confectioners sugar
3 egg yolks
3 1/2 tbsp. Torani raspberry syrup
0.5 fl. oz. Torani vanilla syrup
1 cup heavy cream
In a double boiler over medium heat, melt chocolate chips. Add sugar, egg yolks, and raspberry syrup and stir to blend. Remove from heat and let cool. Whip the cream with the vanilla syrup to soft peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture and spoon into four wine or parfait glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.

One of the few Torani syrups that I have been disappointed in. Mostly just sweet tasting-not getting raspberry out of this at all. I tested against Sugar Free RED Raspberry, since there is no clear distinction made in the product description. The Red Raspberry Sugar Free was really bad with a chemical aftertaste.
