Customer questions about this product
- When I mixed this syrup with hot milk or cream, it caused it to curdle – why?
- These syrups get their delicious taste from natural flavors, meaning they also have varying levels of citric acid. Syrup flavors based on naturally acidic items, such as lemons, limes, and other fruits, will have more citric acid; when mixed with hot dairy products, it may occasionally produce the curdling that you’re seeing. However, these flavors make an excellent addition to sodas, iced teas, lemonades, and mixed drinks!
For warm beverages, try a slightly different way of preparing your syrup and milk. Mix the syrup into the espresso, and then steam the milk separately – this will keep the syrup and the dairy products separate for as long as possible, and minimize the chance of curdling.
Bring all new flavors to your specialty drink menu with this Torani huckleberry flavoring syrup! This tempting flavor will complement your beverages without overpowering them or being too sweet, while the user-friendly bottle will be convenient for your busy baristas to use. Torani flavoring syrups are specially formulated to resist curdling in milk and to hold up well under heat, making them the perfect choice for espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee or tea, and more. Use this flavor for frappes, iced coffees, smoothies, and even baking!
Add bold berry flavor to your desserts or mixed drinks with this huckleberry syrup. Similar in taste to blueberries, huckleberry flavor is sweet and tart. Discover new Torani recipes for this flavoring syrup, including a doc holiday iced tea, huckleberry and mascarpone tart, and radio city soda.
Founded in 1925, Torani started as a family company in southern San Francisco and has since grown to an international brand of quality syrups exporting to 40 countries around the world. Their sense of tradition and experimental ambition has expanded their product line to dozens of varied flavors from the Classic Caramel and the unique Chicken 'N Waffles, yielding a flavor for almost every palate and recipe.

People Talk About:Huckleberry syrup flavor Italian sodas blueberry soda unique drinks grape
Huckleberry is absolutely delicious! I combined it with french vanilla to make an italian soda that I have dubbed "huckleberry fizz." Though it is very citric-y, so it curdles the half & half that I put in my italian soda.

I love how unique this huckleberry syrup is. The sweet combination of grape and blueberry makes for an excellent twist in drinks, candies, and cakes.

A rich and sweet huckleberry syrup that is unique and has a somewhat grape taste. My customers love the unique flavor and its great in lemonade.

So I've had Huckleberry pie before but I've never had just Huckleberry syrup and I paired it with the cupcake and dr. pepper syrups and it was so good it was like eating a Huckleberry muffin paired with dr. pepper one of the greatest breakfast of all time

Our restaurant is in the huckleberry capital of the NW - so it makes sense that we'd offer huckleberry drinks - from martinis to ice cream desserts. We use the flavoring for huckleberry Italian sodas, iced teas and in our milk shakes. Torani does a good job with the flavors.

While it is a very unique and unheard flavor, huckleberry delivers a grape/blueberry like flavor that is subtle and delightful. Intrigue your patrons with this wonderful flavor syrup.

This has a great flavor... hard to describe I like to say its between a blueberry and a raspberry or blackberry.. customers love this in our Italian Sodas.
Shawna C. from Toppings LLC Posted on 08/03/2017
It smells like it belongs in the berry family but tastes different in a soda. Tasting the syrup straight has hints of blueberry and blackberry but in a soda has a rose water kind of flavor, very floral. It's strange but would recommend it to anyone with adventure in mind.

Torani is one of the top leading syrup brands in the world in our opinion and offers so many options! So many drinks can be made with Huckleberry and we often re-order many bottle from WS.

Torani's Huckleberry syrup is good. It did however, have a more subtle flavor than the Torani Peach syrup. We used this syrup for Italian cream sodas.
