Customer questions about this product
- When I mixed this syrup with hot milk or cream, it caused it to curdle – why?
- These syrups get their delicious taste from natural flavors, meaning they also have varying levels of citric acid. Syrup flavors based on naturally acidic items, such as lemons, limes, and other fruits, will have more citric acid; when mixed with hot dairy products, it may occasionally produce the curdling that you’re seeing. However, these flavors make an excellent addition to sodas, iced teas, lemonades, and mixed drinks!
For warm beverages, try a slightly different way of preparing your syrup and milk. Mix the syrup into the espresso, and then steam the milk separately – this will keep the syrup and the dairy products separate for as long as possible, and minimize the chance of curdling.
Bring all new flavors to your specialty drink menu with this Torani blue curacao flavoring syrup! This tempting flavor will complement your beverages without overpowering them or being too sweet, while the user-friendly bottle will be convenient for your busy baristas to use. Torani flavoring syrups are specially formulated to resist curdling in milk and to hold up well under heat, making them the perfect choice for espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee or tea, and more. Use this flavor for frappes, iced coffees, smoothies, and even baking!
Offer your customers a taste of the Caribbean with this blue curacao mixed drink flavoring syrup! Derived from the fragrant, dried peel of the laraha citrus fruit, curacao has a fantastic, orange taste that's both sweet and bitter. People Talk About:flavor love blue drinks color Great syrup curacao mixed citrus
This blue curacao gives that bubble gum flavor that a kid's frozen drink needs. We love the blue color and how it shows so well photos.
BEST flavor on the market for sure. Very underrated ; makes the toppings on our signature drinks amazing. The customers come in confused by what it is but leave with a new favorite flavor.
Love this syrup- It is a syrup so you use less than you do the regular blue curaçao you find in stores (this has a much better flavor in mixed drinks). You can also use it in Sprite and it tastes similar to Ocean Water at sonic. We love this syrup!
I never had blue curacao before buying this, but it was SOOOO worth the risk! It's absolutely delicious, and a favorite of everyone who samples my home bar!
My favourite parts of this syrup are the snap of citrus flavor and the pop of color! The unexpected flavor that accompanies it's deceptive color is just one aspect of this flavoring that I love!
This was a flavor we were unsure about. None of us had tried blue curacao but we're glad we ordered! It has a very orange/citrus aroma and flavor to it. Delicious on it's own but also mixes really well with other citrus and berry flavors. Have not tried in milk based drinks yet, but would probably be great if it doesn't curdle!
We bought this syrup to make a pretty color great tasting drink for the kids that come to our coffee shop and it did not disappoint, also tast great with pina colada smoothie.
This is an important syrup to have at any bar. We use it all the time and it is not too strong. I love it so much!
The blue curacao has a great flavor, but I love the color. I use this to make specialty cocktails and my customers love it. A great way to brighten up anybody's day. I love the flavor and depth of this syrup.
This is a great way to bring a bit of tropical flavor to your drinks! It tastes delicious and the blue color makes for very exotic looking beverages.
It is probably one of my favorite flavoring syrups because of its vibrant color. Love making our zombie drinks with this syrup and our customers love its great color and flavor.
Great flavor.. we add it to our drinks and its an amazing Orange flavor! Great to mix with pineapple or passion fruit! Not an overpowering taste either.
Nice citrus flavor to this blue curacao syrup. The color is electric blue, perfect for tropical drinks. Use it on the rocks or blend it.
I used this syrup to make layered piña colada martinis. I drizzled it down the side of the glass and it settles on the bottom to give it a layered look. They looked and tasted amazing! All the flavor syrups that I have purchased I have been very pleased with. Can't go wrong with Torani! Next order more flavors to add to my collection.
I have never had this before and wanted to give a go, and it's surprisingly good. It has a sort of citrus kind of taste, sort of like orange and has this neon blue color. I think it's mostly for show as it's intended purpose was for mixed drinks.
one of the best flavoring that i have i love the rich aroma of oranges like to use for different kind of cocktails comes really good taste at all refreshment
Cannot get enough of Torani flavorings. This one is a favorite for use in mixed drinks. Try it in margarita's and martini's. Mixes well with cocktails containing rum or vodka! Yum!!!
This is great when mixed with the Torani mojito mix, rum, etc. per the "cobalt mojito" recipe on Torani's website. My kids also love it straight (w/ soda water, of course)...mostly because it's blue, but also because of the flavor (standard curacao orange-y flavor). :)
We were a little hesitant when we bought this but man did it far exceed our expectations. The citrusy flavor goes really well with the Pina coladas we sell and at our most recent festival, it became our most popular flavor!
