This scale has been a staple in our day to day operations. We love the quality of this scale. I would definitely recommend buying this as it is a great price and works well.
A little complicated in the beginning, so many buttons ! Keep the instructions handy if you want to add a new product in the machine ! We use this scale for cheese in our french bakery.
This product was ideal for our bulk repackaging operation and was easy to set up and use. The labels were also great for affixing to our bags.
Use this exclusively for weighing all our fresh made sausage and bacon and prepared food service. The format is user friendly and look of unit is very old fashioned deli like.
I have used these scales for over 6 years they are not the best scale but are affordable to replace, I have 2 in the shop at any given point and have replace one each year. Pros - Affordable - No ink - Easy to use/program - Cheap labels Cons - Extremely moisture sensitive - Jams regularly (Mostly due to Humidity, If the room has a dehumidifier the scale will behave better) - Sections of Keypad will become unresponsive (Again I think this is due to moisture exposure) - Some bugs (IE. paper is full but says no paper, unable to edit ingredients after PLU is created) - Some are not perfectly Calibrated upon arrival (Brand-new scale barely passed Weights and Measures) - Last but not least tech support for this product is shabby at best -- When i called about the ingredients bug they told me that's just a bug and I have to deal with it -- Will take months to Read More

The unit was not working good. The power adapter was not for the same unit. It is a low quality machine. I did not like it. I will go for some other scale.

Price is fair, but you get what you pay for. Lot's of issues with this one, It's double feeding labels, the pack date on label will not keep date. Very disappointed with the quality of craftsmanship :(

This is a five star piece of equipment if the labels didn't jam every time you turn it on. The access to the label feeder is tiny and makes jams a headache to clear. Besides that issue, the scale works perfectly.
Great scale! Use it to measure meat products; can print labels or on paper roll; easy, simple; instructions are only for programming not operating; needs serial cable to transfer programming from CD Rom to scale. Overall, its a great product!
