Single Serving
1.5 oz. Vodka
1.25 oz. Top Hat spicy ginger beer concentrate
1 Squeeze fresh lime juice
5 oz. Seltzer water
Gently mix all ingredients in a copper mug. Garnish with a fresh lime slice and serve!
5 Gallon Batch
5 Liters vodka
3 Bottles Top Hat spicy ginger beer concentrate
12 oz. Fresh lime juice
11 Liters water (to be carbonated)
Combine ingredients directly in a 5 gallon keg to create a bulk supply of cocktails. Garnish individual cocktails with a fresh lime slice!

It's a good product when it works to enhance a drink recipe, not so much playing the lead role. Works great for mule cocktails as well as creating a spicy ginger version of other cocktails like a Ginger Margarita, Ginger Cosmo, etc.
