1.5 oz. Vodka
1.25 oz. Top Hat sugar-free ginger beer syrup
4 oz. Seltzer water
1 oz. Top Hat blue butterfly pea flower concentrate

Mix vodka, ginger beer syrup, and seltzer in a glass with ice. Float blue butterfly pea flower concentrate on top and garnish with an edible flower or dehydrated citrus wheel and serve!

5 Liters vodka
4 Liters Top Hat sugar-free ginger beer syrup
10 Liters water (to be carbonated)
