Suggested Recipe: Genteel Gin and Tonic
Single Serving
1.5 oz. Gin
0.25 oz. Aloe liqueur
1 oz. Top Hat Classic Tonic Syrup
1 Squeeze fresh lime
4 oz. Seltzer water

Mix all ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Garnish with sliced cucumbers and mint and serve.

5 Liters gin
1 Bottle aloe liqueur
3 Bottles Top Hat Classic Tonic Syrup
12 oz. Fresh lime juice

Combine ingredients directly in a 5 gallon keg to create a bulk supply of cocktails. Garnish individual cocktails with a fresh mint and sliced cucumbers!
