Toastmaster E9451HP12CDN Details
Ideal for kitchens, bakeries, sandwich shops, and other locations where space is at a premium, the Toastmaster E9451-HP12CDN half size non-insulated holding / proofing cabinet provides the durability and power of larger models in a compact, easily cleaned unit! This aluminum half size holding / proofing cabinet is equipped to hold eleven 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or twenty-two 18" x 13" half size sheet pans for maximum storage capacity and versatility. It features 1500 watts of heating power to quickly provide temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
The E9451-HP12CDN proofing cabinet comes with a two-way toggle switch that allows you to quickly change between "Heat" and "Proof" modes. A conveniently removable console contains an air blower that evenly distributes heat throughout the cabinet, while a stainless steel water reservoir ensures there is a constant source of humidity to keep your food at the perfect tenderness. Heat and humidity are separately adjustable via two bottom-mounted mechanical controls to allow for precise customization.
This model comes with a crystal clear polycarbonate door for perfect product visibility while four 5" swivel casters with brakes enable easy movement and prevent unsightly floor marks and scratches.
