This thing is trash. It's not accurate or consistent. Stay away. I ended up tossing it and buying a different one after 9 months of use. I guess you get what you pay for.

Well, for the price I guess it's pretty good. It is easy to manage and move the weight for more exact results. It only shows pounds (up to 50), not kilograms. I've had it for a little more than a year now and it is still in pretty good shape.
