Taylor TE22FT 22 lb. Digital Portion Control Scale

Great scale for weighing out ingredients and portioning food items in our small kitchen. It doesn't take up too much counter space, but still weighs some of the larger amounts we need.

A nice little scale great for portion control in the kitchen. Grab some rechargeable 9 volt batteries and you will be set. Inexpensive too, for when your employees drop them on the floor.

The best and most reliable digital scale in the market. Over the last three years we have bought over 15 Taylor scales for my coffee chain and only one fails.

It looks nice, but is not properly measuring items, especially light weight ingredients (baking soda, cinnamon, etc). Buttons, units on display are two small and hard to read. Not happy with product, hopefully the return is not an issue either. Thank you!

Great scale. We use it for weighting steaks. It is important to be as exact as you can be for truth in your menu but also for reusing trimmings for other revenues. We use all our beef trimmings in our hamburger we grind ourself. So it is very important the staff knows an ounce heavy on 16 steaks could either additional steaks to sell or trimmings for burgers. Very accurate it’s important to make sure that you wipe it down completely. Sometimes stuff gets under the lid.

so much better than using a analogue scale. plug in or use batteries, i prefer the ladder making it more portable. need to replace batteries ever 6 months or so

Terrible product, don't waist your money, try another brand i guess we order one and when we received was not working, i contact costumer service, and they send us another without charge, when we received it last for a week and stop working, we invest a decent amount of money and we buy another brand in a store. We hope some one contact us and still can do some exchange!

We love this scale. It is a must have item for most kitchens, The top comes off so it's easy to clean and we can plug it in or use batteries.

We love this scale. We use it daily, and it has held up well enough that we bought a second. We use it on battery mode due to a lack of convenient outlets, and the batteries last so long because of the scale's efficiency.

This is the fourth - and last - scale I have purchased. Never a day of trouble. Does not shut off when you're mid-way in weighing something. The scale bed simply lifts off for thorough cleaning. The battery power option is a nice to have but I always use the transformer to not have to mess about with batteries. Excellent price!

The Taylor 22lb digital scale is great. Easy to use easy to clean and I love that it goes up to 22 lbs. I use this everyday and is great for measuring ingredients but also very convientent for packaging. The tare feature works perfectly and I love that you can go back and forth gram ounces to grams with the touch of a button while you are weighing.

I ordered two of these scales... one of them arrived completely broken -- the screen was kind of smashed in, so when you push power the whole screen and everything underneath it also got pressed down -- and the other one gave weird readings that were all over the place that we didn't trust for scaling. Webstaurant did take care of a refund on these... but I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

A great, consistent scale used for in house operations. We were unaware at first that it was necessary to have it certified for selling units by weight, which this is not. We had plenty of operational uses for it outside of it once we purchased one for weighing out sale items.

this digital portion scale is very easy to read. we never have to adjust the calabration on this. very durable and stores away is small areas

This scale has a surprising max pounds of 11. We use this scale very frequently, primarily for measuring sizes of steak cuts. We have not seen any issues with this yet and it's pretty easy to clean.

Two of them broke down after a few month because the power on stopped working. The transformer are fine. There is no way to open the scale and troubleshoot inside since the housing is molded together.

I have 3 of these used for portioning. They work great for quick and accurate weighing. The batteries seem to last forever in them. Thanks.

I wish I would have bought this sooner. This helps me out so much in my donut shop. I have a larger scale, but this is a nice size and it holds a lot of weight considering the size of the scale. It's nice that it can be plugged in, too.

Wow!! Excellent price and it works just as good as my more expensive scale! Very nice build and the stainless tray can be removed for cleaning!! I love Webstrauntstore!!!

Do yourself a favor, and go digital. Precision and speed will improve, recipe consistency will improve, and staff will be able to produce products better and faster with this Taylor scale.

This is one of the best scales out there. A must have in a commercial kitchen for portioning food items in small spaces as it is very compact size for the amounts it can weigh. Excellent quality material and very precise.

Great product for measuring meat, fish, and really anything that needs to be portioned. I recommend getting this one because it's not only battery powered, but you can plug it in too.

I've run through 2 of these scales in the matter of a little more than a year. "Taylor #1" didn't like the humid environment of coastal weather and apparently "Taylor#2" which webstaurantstore sent to replace the warrentied "#1, decided to stop sensing anything in ounces or grams although it will turn on and toggle between the two weights. Webstaurantstore let me down. And so did Taylor customer service who seemed to agree I should buy from their competitor. Bummer.

I got this so that we would have an easier time of weighing the meat instead of eyeballing it, but no one really uses it. The scale is so small and we want to weigh out ten pounds of cubed meat. I think it would be better if it had a bowl-shaped top instead of a flat-top. Maybe with a removable bowl, to make it easy to clean. Just an idea.

This scale is great for portion control of meats and cookie dough. We also use it to weigh salad and fruit bowls for caterings. Very accurate & easy to clean.

Bought this to portion out dough balls. Works great and is basically just as expensive as those manual scales so you might as well go with an accurate digital scale. No problems in 6 months of use.

Scale is the perfect fit. It is small enough so it is easy to move so it can be used for line service to weigh things quickly.

We needed a scale to weigh bulk coffee in our shop, and this scale meets all of our needs. It can weigh with a resolution of 0.0 oz or 0 g. I would not recommend this if you need to weigh things extremely precisely (e.g. less than a gram is important), but it works wonderfully for our use.

Taylor is a great brand name and they make a very good scale. They also include an option to plug right into an outlet which is more rare these days.

Nice scale. It does shut it shelf off every once in a while. Wish it had a switch I can set to grams instead of always turning on then hitting the grams button. Still nice for the price

The Taylor TE22 22lb. Digital portion control Scale. It is great for weighing out our 1/4 lb. Hambugars, and our 1/2 lb. hambugars for complete accuracy. We love it . You can use an ac addapter or batteries.

This is a great scale for measuring large quantities of flour and such for making bread! Good for portioning fish and other proteins as well!!

This scale is smaller than I expected (check the dimensions) so I have to put a bowl on it to weigh something with a wide base, but it seems accurate, easy to use, easy to clean, etc. Overall, I'm very happy with it.
