Effectively clean servingware with this Stero dishwasher! This high-temperature dishwasher uses hot water sanitizing to clean 30 racks per hour using only 0.84 gallons of water per rack. It features a 90-second cycle with an optional extended cycle for heavily soiled loads. The internal 6 kW booster heater ensures that the final sanitizing rinse always reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit before completing the cycle. This unit features a soft start to protect glasses and light weight items. A top-mounted digital temperature display makes it easy to monitor and alerts you when a delime cycle is needed. Once turned on, the tank automatically fills to the correct water level.

This unit includes chemical pumps and chemical sensing indicators. Its spring-assisted door opens and closes smoothly with an opening height of 13 5/8". The pumped drain forces wastewater out, while the pumped rinse ensures consistent rinse pressure for a better performance. A removable stainless steel scrap screen catches food debris before it reaches the pump. This model boasts interchangeable upper and lower wash and rinse arms. It offers easy maintenance with service diagnostics and error notifications. A 208-240V, 1-phase electrical connection is required for operation.
