STERO SD3-1 Details

Effectively clean servingware with this Stero dishwasher! This dishwasher features 2 sanitation methods, including high-temperature sanitizing and chemical sanitizing. It cleans 58 racks per hour when hot water sanitizing and 64 racks per hour when chemical sanitizing. It operates using a 2 hp motor and uses only 0.85 gallons of water per rack. It features timed wash cycles for 1, 2, or 4 minutes and is easy to monitor with a digital display and pressure gauge. The final sanitizing rinse will always reach 180 degrees Fahrenheit before completing the cycle.

This unit has a durable stainless steel construction. It can be installed for straight-through or corner operation and has a door opening height of 16 7/8". Its door-actuated start, automatic tank fill, and automatic drain closure simplify operation. This dishwasher is designed to automatically activate an exhaust fan or booster heater (sold separately). For high-temperature sanitizing, the booster heater is required. The interchangeable upper and lower wash and rinse arms provide easy servicing, while error notifications alert operators to any issues. A 208-240V, 3-phase electrical connection is required for operation.
